Questions owners ask

What does it cost?
Website fixes have flat prices: $150 for a small fix, $450 to repair or upgrade a site, and $900 for a rebuild or new site. Software is quoted after a free first look, as a fixed price in writing. You know the number before any work starts. What each website price covers
How do I pay?
By card, through a payment link. A $150 fix is paid in full when you sign. A $450 or $900 job is half to start and half when it’s done.
How long does it take?
A website fix is done within 2 to 10 business days of getting access, depending on the price. Bigger builds get a schedule in writing with the price, and you see working pieces every week.
Will it work with QuickBooks and the programs we already use?
That is one of the first things I check. Most programs, QuickBooks included, can take information from the system I build. If one can’t, I’ll tell you before you pay anything.
What happens if something happens to you?
You own everything: the program, your data, the accounts, and a written guide to how it works. It is built with common tools any good developer can pick up. You never depend on me alone.
Will my people have to learn a complicated program?
No. It is built around the steps your people already do, using the words they already use.
